Camel Club

Went there on a Friday night around 11:30 pm. Entrance fee was just 2.50 GBP, wardrobe 1.50 GBP and drinks were reasonable priced. Staff was very friendly but since it wasn't my style of music I left within 1 hour.

Camel club (in my opinion) is the best place in Huddersfield to go if you want to have fun without having to stress too much (Or even at all!). The drinks are reasonably priced for a popular nightclub like Camel and there are certain times in the night when the DJ announced deals at the bar which vary (E.G. £1 for VKs). What I really love about this place though is the fact that for the days that it is open throughout the week, the theme of what is on at Camel changes. By this I mean, for example, on the Friday it is Bedlam so they play Rock/Metal music and on Saturdays it is Ninety-Naughty-Now night where the music is largely older style music but then they also mix that up as well when around 2 AM rolls around and they switch to chart music so people can still have a taste of what they love but also the recent releases in the industry today as a bonus. This has made Saturdays the most popular with Bedlam coming a close second (I frequently go to Bedlam nights and I go to Saturdays as well, although not as much). Overall, the general diversity of what they have here compared to some places who seem a little more stagnant like Tokyo (another club close by) shakes up what's going on and gives Camel a fresh new vibe every time I go so I would recommend it greatly.
